Dosing Tools

Our collection includes espresso measuring spoons, dosing cups, and dosing funnel rings. The measuring spoon helps you scoop a consistent amount of coffee if you don’t have a scale. The dosing cup allows you to catch grounds from your grinder and then pour them into your portafilter without making a mess. The magnetic dosing funnel (ring) attaches to your portafilter so you can grind or transfer coffee grounds neatly, preventing spills.

A magnetic dosing ring (or funnel) attaches to the top of your portafilter and creates a larger opening for grounds. This means when you grind or pour in coffee, it all goes into the basket instead of spilling over. It simplifies the dosing process by keeping your countertop clean and ensuring you use every bit of coffee you measured. It's especially useful if you're using a WDT tool, as it keeps the grounds contained while you stir.

Yes. We design our dosing cups and funnels in sizes to fit common portafilter diameters (51mm for many Delonghi machines, 53/54mm for Breville, 58mm for prosumer machines, etc.). When you shop a Brewedco dosing cup or ring, the product description will mention which portafilter size it fits. Just select the one that matches your espresso machine, and it will fit snugly to help with your dosing.
