The Brewedco Bottomless Portafilter is an important piece of equipment that aids in diagnosing espresso extraction issues. Bottomless Portafilters, also commonly called Naked Portafilters, have the spouts removed and the basket exposed to aid in the observation and diagnosing inconsistent, sub-optimal extractions.

A Bottomless Portafilter will also yield 50% more Crema due to the lack of contact with any other surfaces, leaving you with a richer, creamier espresso when you master the extraction of a Bottomless Portafilter

PLEASE NOTE: Channeling and spurting can be very messy and extremely common. This is not a defect of the Portafilter itself, but instead, is your coffee telling you that there's room for improvement in your preparation process

What coffee machines will this work on?

This Portafilter designed to fit Delonghi 2 ear coffee machines ECP31.21, ECP33.21, ECP35.31, EC152, EC200, EC221, EC260, EC330, ECO310, ECP3420, ECP3630, ECP3120 however this will work with most machines that use a 51mm 2 ear Portafilter.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
